RV sites pads are a packed gravel and all sites are full service with water, sewer and 30/50 amp electric. All sites also include a picnic table and fire ring and most are shaded. Limited sites have charcoal grill . Please NO outside firewood.

Park Check In 1-5pm Check out is 11AM (late check out is $25, till 3pm if available)

Cottage rentals

Chardonnay Cottage has queen bed as well as twin bed with a pull out trundle. It includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, linens and is heat and air controlled with wi-fi as well as local tv and a restroom with shower. A cooking surface is NOT provided.

Burgundy cottage has a queen bed as well as full sized pull out couch. It includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot linens for queen bed, and is heat and air controlled with wi-fi as well as local tv and a restroom with shower. A cooking surface is NOT provided.

Pets and smoking or vaping are not allowed in cottages and are grounds for expulsion without refund.

Cottage rates are $130 nightly per cottage and have the option of adjoining.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We are anticipating your arrival and understand that things may come up that are unexpected. Please understand that we may have turned other reservations away in order to accommodate your stay. Though you will be charged in full for your stay know that this credit will stay on file and can be used toward another reservation till the end of the current calendar year.

No Cash refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Carrollwoods RV Park is a privately-owned campground. We are not a primary residence facility. Entrance onto campground property constitutes permission to Carrollwoods to photograph the visitor while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without payment to the visitor.

All guests are required to check in at the Cellar before setting up on a campsite or moving to another site.
All visitors are required to check in at the Cellar Office before entering the campground.
All vehicles must display parking pass at all times and park on designated gravel areas.
Pets are welcome at Carrollwoods Please keep pets on leashes and attended at all times. Please clean up after your pet. No excessive barking that may disturb other guests.
Pets are not allowed in any cottages.
The speed limit for our park is 10 MPH.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside any cottages, restrooms, pool areas or other common area buildings.
Please do not ride golf carts or bikes after dark unless they are equipped with headlights and taillights.
Swimming is not allowed in ponds.
Boats, kayaks & canoes are not allowed in ponds.
All Fishing is Catch & Release ONLY.
Alcoholic beverages are restricted to campsites only.
Campfires are permitted in grills or fire rings only.
Please do not move tables, cut trees, or trash sites.
Late Check-in Fee (after 6 PM) is $20
No Clotheslines (help us protect our trees) or tarps
No open carry firearms
No Check in after 8 PM (we are a wooded park and after dark parking campers maybe unsafe).

For safety reasons, we do not allow fireworks, go-carts, or mini-bikes. Golf carts are welcome with drivers over 16 and insurance.

Parking on the campsite is limited to one camping unit and two vehicles per site. (One small tent is allowed). All vehicles must be parked on a campsite, not in mulch or on the campground road. An overflow parking lot is available across from the onsite restrooms.

Extra vehicles must be registered at the park office.

Our ability to operate any and all amenities and/or activities is contingent on weather, park occupancy, maintenance needs and updates, and other factors. We do not guarantee all amenities will operate 100% of the time. Hours of operation may vary.
