RV sites pads are a packed gravel and all sites are full service with water, sewer and 30/50 amp electric. All sites also include a picnic table and fire ring and most are shaded. Limited sites have charcoal grill . Please NO outside firewood.

Park Check In 1-5pm Check out is 11AM (late check out is $25, till 3pm if available)

Cottage rentals

Chardonnay Cottage Room has queen bed as well as twin bed. It includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee pot, linens and is heat and air controlled with wi-fi as well as local tv and a restroom with shower. A cooking surface is NOT provided.

Pets and smoking or vaping are not allowed in cottages and are grounds for expulsion without refund. Additional cottage policies are posted in the cottage.

Cottage rates are $90 - $130 nightly per cottage and have the option of adjoining. Rates vary by season.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We are anticipating your arrival and understand that things may come up that are unexpected. Please understand that we may have turned other reservations away in order to accommodate your stay. Though you will be charged in full for your stay know that this credit will stay on file and can be used toward another reservation till the end of the current calendar year. No Cash refunds.

ADDITIONAL INFO: Carrollwoods RV Park is a privately-owned campground. We are not a primary residence facility. Entrance onto campground property constitutes permission to Carrollwoods to photograph the visitor while on the premises, and to use any resulting pictures for any lawful purpose without payment to the visitor.

All guests are required to check in at the Office before setting up on a campsite or moving to another site.

All vehicles must display parking pass at all times and park on designated gravel areas.
